Makes best use of existing technology

Transfer data with Job Boards such as NHS Jobs, 3rd party sites and ESR.

All documents relating to each requisition, vacancy and candidate are stored electronically. Full search facility to rapidly locate information.  

Audit trail, compliance, record, evidence

Full audit trail for requisition, vacancy and candidate processes. All requisition, vacancy and candidate communications recorded and documented. Assure compliance with NHS Employment Check Standards.
