NHS Employers Annual Conference 2008
The Stepchange Recruitment Tracking System for the NHS was launched at the NHS Employers Annual Conference in 2008.
The system tracks the end to end recruitment process from Requisition to Hiring and Induction. Enabling Trusts to track recruitment progress in real time until the candidate is in post.

IRRV Benefits Conference & Exhibition 2008
Stepchange exhibited at the IRRV Benefits Conference & Exhibition in October 2008 in Manchester.
As one of the largest events in the local government calendar, the IRRV Annual Conference explored this dramatic period of change within local government, and addressed the challenge of delivering successful local government services whilst facing spending constraints.
Stepchange demonstrated how the tailored transformation programmes are helping our Local Government clients utilising the latest process mapping and improvement technology from iGrafx.
The simulation of the overpayments process analysis for North Hertfordshire District Council highlighted how our approach can rapidly identify opportunities for improving processes without the investment usually required from larger consultancy programmes.
Healthcare Events: The 6th annual Process Mapping, Analysis and Redesign conference
The conference, held on the 18th June 2008 in London, focused on the use of process mapping and change management techniques to improve patient care.
The conference discussed how process mapping can be used to help achieve 18 weeks through redesigning processes, change and innovation and gave practical advice on improving the patient experience through process mapping, analysis and redesign.
Looking at smarter ways of working to improve the patient journey: lean thinking, innovation and change management in the NHS and outcomes, processes and capability measures to monitor and assess service redesign and improvement.
Stepchange exhibited the leading process mapping and improvement technology from iGrafx, giving demonstrations of how the technology provides the NHS with an ideal tool for capturing, analysing and redesigning processes.
